Recognition and Awards Committee

This committee is responsible for developing and implementing a staff recognition and awards program that celebrates the hard work, dedication, and achievements of ECU staff. The committee promotes a positive workplace culture through equitable recognition efforts, collaborates with campus partners, and regularly evaluates programs to ensure they remain meaningful and effective.
