Recognition and Rewards Committee

This committee will develop and implement a formalized staff recognition and rewards program that acknowledges and celebrates the hard work, dedication, and achievements of ECU staff members, fostering a positive and motivated workplace culture.

Programs include the annual ECU Wellness Walk, Outstanding Staff Awards, and Staff Appreciation Month.
